We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom only. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the same day when possible. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Once processed, orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier’s operational timelines.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, which may include tracking information if applicable.

4. Shipping Cost

Shipping is free of charge for all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. No additional handling or delivery fees will be applied at checkout.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen delays may occur due to high order volumes, postal disruptions, or severe weather conditions. In such cases, we will notify you promptly via email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
